My path wasn’t linear. I began in marketing & events but something deeper was calling. So, I followed my curiosity (and courage), retrained, and started my own wellbeing business. I’ve never looked back…
Today, I coach and facilitate wellbeing and resilience programmes for individuals, global organisations and training providers, including Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Wood Mackenzie, and Zest for Work. I’ve had the privilege of supporting over 8,000 people through transformational moments that align who they are with how they lead and show up.
But this work isn’t just professional – it’s personal.
In my earlier years, energy was a given. I loved the outdoors and was always on the go. Then midlife, and menopause, changed the game. I had to relearn how to care for my energy with intention, curiosity, and compassion. And it changed everything.
Now, I help other women pause, recalibrate, and lead their lives with energy and intention.
Because when you feel energised you live differently, and you lead differently.
You show up with clarity, presence, and confidence – in work, life, and relationships. You reconnect with what fuels you; you take small (but meaningful) steps and prioritise yourself again.
Real change doesn’t start with doing more it starts with tuning into what matters. My practical coaching is grounded in my values that are the guardrails to work and life:
I’ve spent over 14 years coaching across wellbeing, leadership, and performance working with individuals and teams to create meaningful, lasting transformation.
I’m an ICF-certified Executive Coach, Corporate Athlete Performance Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist (PN), and have an MSc in Workplace Health & Wellbeing.
I believe change starts with awareness and intention. My coaching draws on neuroscience, physiology, coaching psychology, and human performance to support sustainable shifts that stick – in real life, not just in theory.
Let's TalkWhen I’m not coaching or training, you’ll often find me in the great outdoors with my husband and our energetic rescue collie. I love cycling with our local club, getting out on my paddleboard (with varying degrees of grace), lifting weights in the gym, or enjoying a good natter over a glass of wine or two with friends.
But I also make intentional space for recovery – even when it feels hard to slow down. Whether it’s carving out quiet mornings, saying no to the unnecessary, or simply breathing deeper, I know that rest is what refuels the rest.
For me, self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s the foundation of everything else. It’s how I stay aligned, energised, and able to support others in doing the same.
